

Meet Blair
My passion for health and wellness stems from my upbringing, lived experiences and desire to help others. I offer my services as a holistic health coach to the Santa Fe community and beyond. My personal story around being a health coach is informed by motherhood and raising two healthy young women as my main credentials. My testimony about working with moms, teenagers, and women post menopause/peri-menopause. Also, my interest and focus on the natural world means that incorporating nature as a main component is central to my health coaching style.

The Food We Eat
My love of food and cooking started at a very young, impressionable age. I grew up in a Lebanese family where mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and cousins all gathered to prepare meals. The food they cooked was different from the everyday eatings my other friends enjoyed. I recognized this as curious and exciting, and loved the way the cooking brought everyone together. The joy of preparing and eating these meals together has always stuck with me. I have studied and read about cooking, nutrition, and well-being extensively over the past fifteen years, with my main teacher being Surya Little from Prajna Yoga.
I also offer personalized yoga instruction, informed by my own practice and 250 RYT training. I have an IIN Health Coach Certification and worked in the Macrobiotic Kitchen Casa de Luz, Austin TX. I have also completed ECornells Plant Based Nutrition Course with Professor T. Colin Campbell.

Our Relationships
I am passionate about all things health, and I approach healthy living in a nuanced way. In my work as a holistic health coach, I combine aspects of lifestyle, nutrition and relationships. There is not one quick fix to optimizing one’s health but more a multifaceted road. I am inspired through movement, and spending as much time in the wilderness keeps me connected to the seasons, which is a huge influence on how I cook and eat. Getting plenty of movement outside, sleeping well at night, and having solid relationships with other humans is also very important.

The Road Ahead
Understanding the road blocks that prevent us from living in a way that fosters this lifestyle is what I hope to identify with clients through coaching. I embark on a journey of curiosity with each client to understand their specific needs and desired goals. The approach is holistic and combines the mind and body.
