One of my favorite things about this time of year is the simple flavors of vegetables at there peak and the pairings with the freshest flavors. Tonight instead of doing a big salad I made a radicchio tacos with fresh figs and blue cheese, they where so easy and so so good.

Ingredients

Head of Radicchio
10-12 figs
8 oz blue cheese crumbles
2 Tbs sweet balsamic glaze

Directions

I grilled the radicchio, sliced up the figs, sprinkled blue cheese on top and drizzled some sweet balsamic over it before rolling it up and shoving it in my mouth.

Such a joy of flavors!!!
